It’s not often that we have the opportunity to be part of something that’s never been done before. But on Saturday evening, October 3, you can experience something that’s both new and special. “For the Love of Art” is the first-of-its-kind fundraiser to benefit both NCCA-Artsplace and the Dogwood Center for the Performing Arts.
“For the Love of Art” fundraiser has sold out, but you can still participate in the auction! Click here to check out the fabulous artwork, experiences, and unique items that are part of the auction that will benefit both NCCA-Artsplace and the Dogwood Center. For an absentee bid fee of $25, we will take the items you are interested in bidding on and designate a proxy bidder for you. That person will bid for you on your items, only up to the amount you pre-designate as your maximum bid….. just like you were at the event! Interested? Call 231.924.4022 and we will walk you through the process! Copies of the auction booklet are also available at the Dogwood Center and the NCCA-Artsplace.
We are designating one evening to support Newaygo County’s two premier arts organizations. And to make the evening memorable, we’ll surround you with art, experiences and entertainment you can’t get anywhere else:
• A live auction that includes signed, original artwork, as well as unique experiences and other items for you to bid on
• Renown local artists appearing live to create art for the evening’s live auction
• An original, handcrafted cocktail designed and mixed exclusively for this event
• Live music from both Molly Janusz and Mary Radamacher & the Rad Pack
Our festivities will begin at the Dogwood Center at 6:00 p.m. with drinks and appetizers and our live entertainment will wrap up around 9:30 p.m.
The auction book is now available online! Click here to check it out now! Copies are available at both the Dogwood Center and the NCCA-Artsplace.
Thank you for continued support of NCCA-Artsplace and the Dogwood Center for the Performing Arts and for your commitment to the value of arts. We look forward to seeing you throughout the fall – and especially on October 3!
