Dogwood Presents: Theater Workshops for Youth!
STAGE MOVEMENT! Workshop:
A director and actors collaborate through stage movement to organize thinking into language. Gestures are defined by acting as signs that communicate a character’s action, state of mind, and relationships to other characters. Participants will experience character development and finding their voices via movement, gestures, and facial expressions in interactive theater games. We ask that each participant wears clothes that are comfortable and easy to move in.
This workshop is for ages 12 – 18. Workshops are limited to 20 participants.

The Dogwood Center is located one mile east of downtown Fremont. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. Online sales close one hour prior to workshop, please call the box office for ticket availability at 231-924-8885 if online sales have ended.
