What appears to be an open-and-shut case quickly turns into a high-stakes psychological battle when one lone juror casts a “not guilty” vote\, citing reasonable doubt. \nAs the temperature in the sweltering room rises\, so do tempers. Confined together\, these twelve ordinary citizens are forced to re-examine the evidence and\, in the process\, confront their own personal histories\, deep-seated prejudices\, and the heavy weight of their responsibility. This electrifying courtroom thriller explores the flaws in human judgment and the power of one person to stand up for justice. \nBy Reginald Rose (Original Author) \nStage Version by Sherman L.
